Unexpected event? Can't make it on the booking date?

If this is the case you should try and cancel the booking as soon as possible. You won't receive payment because you haven't actually delivered the services.

We won't penalise you for a few last-minute cancellations but if there is a pattern we may have to suspend or terminate your account.

It is possible for you to informally sort an arrangement with the user you were going to provide services to. They may allow you to provide services on a delayed basis. Keep in mind as this arrangement is not on the Lingo Ledger Platform we cannot apply our policies to it. It is a private arrangement taken at your own risk.
